  • Totally. Every order is shipped in plain packaging — no logos, no clues, just a little mystery for your mailbox.

  • Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days (Australia-wide). We’ll send you tracking as soon as it’s on its way!

    If we believe that the item may be defective, we might ask you to return it to us for assessment. If deemed defective and a replacement is available, we will send one your way.

    If the item is out of stock, we may issue a credit for the value of the item. Please note that delivery fees are non refundable.

    In some cases, we may ask for a photo or video evidence showing the defect, rather than returning the physical item.

  • All items have a warranty covering manufacturer defects/not fit for purpose/differs from advertised item. We cannot repair intimate items but may exchange or refund.

  • Nope! You can check out as a guest. But if you want to track orders or save your faves, creating an account is a vibe.
